Trixia Orozco, Founder and Managing Partner
As Managing Partner at TorGlaze, Trixia bringing a unique blend of expertise in R&D, finance, and corporate strategy to the construction industry. With extensive years of experience, Trixia has played a pivotal role in driving innovation and implementing forward-thinking solutions to optimize business operations and project outcomes. A seasoned business strategist, Trixia ensures sound financial management, risk assessment, and growth planning. When outside of the board room, Trixia enjoys family, a great book, travel, and learning about the latest tech developments.
Loretta Coliton, Senior Manager, Operations
As our Senior Manager of Operations and Finance, Lori possesses a wealth of experience in optimizing construction processes and ensuring operational efficiency. With over 30 years of corporate management expertise, a deep understanding of corporate finance, Human Resources, and logistics, Lori plays a crucial role in streamlining daily operations, driving cost-effective strategies, and ensuring that all projects run smoothly from start to finish. A proven leader, she focuses on enhancing financial and operational processes, managing teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety across all operations. Committed to continuous improvement, Lori is dedicated to delivering exceptional results while maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. In her free time, Lori enjoys reading, spending time with friends and gardening.
Eric Winch, Senior Project Manager
A Senior Project Manager bringing over 25 years of expertise in leading large-scale construction projects from concept to completion. Accompanied by an extensive Safety Management training portfolio, and a strong track record of managing complex structural projects, Eric excels in overseeing all phases, including scheduling, resource allocation, and team coordination. His strong leadership and strategic thinking ensures that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Passionate about fostering collaboration, fully IHSA certified, and committed to team development, Eric is dedicated to driving successful project outcomes while adhering to safety regulations and industry best practices. When he is not managing work initiatives or conducting in-house safety training for all staff, Eric enjoys catching a hockey game, exploring the outdoors and taking on renovations projects at home.
Safi Saifuddin, Project Coordinator
As an experienced Project Coordinator, specializing in overseeing the seamless execution of construction projects from start to finish, Safi offers a keen eye for detail. Managing timelines and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Known for excellent communication and problem-solving skills, Safi works closely with site crews, contractors, and vendors to ensure all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently. Dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and safety, he is committed to delivering successful outcomes for every project. Outside of work, Safi enjoys spending time with his family, martial arts and exploring the city.
